What's the story?

TrAC is featured as a best practice case study in the Government published Commission on Apprenticeships.

The report sets out to illustrate how apprenticeships can achieve status in socieity and currency in the labour market so that parents and young people consider choosing an apprenticeship when thinking about their options.

The final report was commissioned by Robert Halfon MP (who launched TrAC at the House of Commons in January 2013) along with Lord Maurice Glasman, Mike Cherry of the Federation of Small Businesses, Kirstie Donnelly of City & Guilds, Steve Hindley of Midas Group, Nazir Huseinmiya a Construction Apprentice, Steve Radley of CITB, Stewar Segal of the Association of Employment & Learning Providers, Baroness Sharp of Guildford, Dr Hilary Steedman a Senior Research Fellow at the London School of Economics, Ray Wilson of Carillion Training Services.
